A powerful first step for supervisors new to leading young workers as well as those who want to improve their performance in the role.

This free online, self-paced induction session equips new or frontline supervisors with practical strategies to:

  • Understand how young workers assess risk and why they require a different way of support
  • Communicate clearly and constructively
  • Recognise vulnerabilities in both task design and supervision style
  • Lead with influence—not just authority – to build trust.
