Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP)
Difficulty getting a learner licence?
The Driver Licensing Access Program (DLAP) is a state-wide program of Transport for NSW to help people (over 16 years) to acquire a Learner licence.
Youthsafe provides the DLAP services that enable an eligible person living in the Local Government Areas of :
Campbelltown | Camden | Penrith | Cumberland
Ryde | Hawkesbury | Ku-ring-gai | Hornsby

To be eligible to receive these services a person must meet one of the following criteria:
- come from communities who have limited access to transport options or who are geographically disadvantaged
- be a vulnerable young person or
- experience social and economic hardship.
- identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
- belong to a refugee and resettlement community
